Just a normal day at a fast food restaurant, ordered me a solid burger and fries, and then next thing you know, the most charismatic, greatest, most kind being on the planet gave me my food. A stubby sort of guy with glasses, aw such a great guy. He made the rest of my day. 10/10 would go again just for him. Food was good, not amazing. Service and Atmosphere was top notch.
Just went through the drive-thru @ the 24hwy location & was greeted by a kind voice through the speaker. And although the fried pickles are no longer a menu option, the worker was very pleasant. When paying, one of the coins I handed to the very nice lady had dropped. Being that I always want to 'do right' by others - especially when paying for products - I opted to pickup up the dropped coin, so the worker didn't have to. She was very kind & thanked me for doing that for her. As I waited for my small order of cheddar bites, not long - my order was complete. Again, the worker was very kind & we greeted other and wished 'a good day' alike. When I got to my office, I was pleasantly surprised that what I ordered was much larger than it should have been. THANK YOU so much to the kind lady who took my order - you truly helped me to know that there are still kind hearted & good people left in this world. Your kind gesture put a smile on my face - and I cannot thank you enough. If you want Sonic - go to the location on 24hwy & I hope you're greeted and taken care of, just as I was!!!
I go here for the ice cream. I usually get the cookie dough blast, which is pretty good. I wish they had a chocolate covered cherry blast. Maybe not, though, cause I would want to be there every day. The drive thru is pretty quick
Tanner at Sonic is the real deal! He’s quick on his feet, friendly as can be, and my order’s always spot on. He makes the whole experience better, props to him!
Tried this location twice in the past week. It has been extremely disappointing each time. Wrong orders, poor quality, and long wait times. I understand training new employees but this is to the point where they should not be serving customers. Edit: 2 months later and they seem to be back to good again. They gave us a bunch of help when a drink broke.
The tater tots were nice and hot even though I got them to go. The chili cheese conie was good also and they got the rest of my six person order correct. That is a vast improvement over just about every other fast food restaurant in the area. Thank you Sonic for going above and beyond!
I order Uber Eats pretty much everyday. I love deals but not big on sandwiches/hamburgers until now. Got darn that was an awesome hamburger. Ty!
